AS203314 Hats Network operates an open peering policy at 16+ global PoPs. Connect via Internet Exchange (AMS-IX, DE-CIX, HKIX, LINX), private VLAN cross-connect, or L2/L3 tunnel (WireGuard, GRE, GRETAP, VxLAN). No MRC for bilateral sessions.

Tunnel-based peering with AS203314 using WireGuard, GRE, GRETAP, and VxLAN. No physical presence required - establish BGP sessions via encrypted overlays from any location.
