Network measurements, free to reuse
Hats Network measures round-trip latency between its Points of Presence with ICMP echo probes and publishes the results as open data. Methodology: theoretical latency verification.

What is inside
Per-pair 50-sample ICMP echo ping series between all Hats Network PoPs, plus an aggregated RTT matrix (avg / min / max / stdev) per release.
Formats
CSV, JSON and YAML. Aggregated files also ship as .zst and .gz; every release includes SHA256SUMS, manifest.json and a Frictionless datapackage.json.
Daily immutable releases
A new versioned directory is published every day and never modified after release; latest/ always points at the most recent version.
License
CC BY 4.0. Use the data for anything, including commercially — just credit Hats Network Inc. and link back to the dataset.
Datasets
hatsnet-latency — ICMP echo RTT measurements between PoP pairs. One release per day; per-pair files map 1:1 to the latency documentation pages.
